Why we started this renovation

Why are we doing this project? A few reasons. We loved our condo in Telluride, Colorado, but we wanted something within driving distance that we could use every weekend. David, who loves to peruse the real estate listings like other men like to watch sports, is enamored with the history of Galveston, TX, and the ambience there is so different than Houston that it feels like you're much farther way. Maybe another reason is that we just needed something to do. In the last few years, we've managed to open our own business, raise a well-behaved puppy, and, finally, get married. We needed something to focus on next. Someone said, "If you want something done, give it to a busy person." They must have been talking about us.
